hi, did anyone go to afghanistan recently or has any info on going to afghanistan?

i'm looking for the safest way to get there and would like to know a little more on the possibilities on staying there for a few weeks....

From Peshawar in Pakistan it's the easiest, or by Ma shad in Iran, or by Tajikistan. But it's no picnic to travel in Afghanistan right now, definitely not a tourist or leisure destination for now... A lot of precaution is necessary!
