Hi i'm looking for a hotel with correct prices not more than 40$ / night and somewhat clean and safe in Dar el Salaam in Tanzania.

Are there any hotels to avoid that are offered at the airport, or any scams to look out for?

i'm leaving Nov 20 and i arrive at night so i want to be prepared.
