I have an opportunity to pick up several apartment complexes at once. I researched some threads in here, but haven't seen any from guys in this area. I'd like to know some formulas for bidding them. Ant advice esp from the local folks would be appreciated. Thanks.

I don't think anyone can give you info on bidding several apartment complexes. Two many unknowns. I know if it was me, if I do not know what to bid on it I would leave it alone.
